About us
We design safe spaces for people to come together in dialogue allowing them to make sense of complex issues, learn from each other and forge strong alliances.
We use the exploratory, iterative nature of creativity to enable people to learn together differently, challenge the way they see the world and make unexpected connections.
Our approach not only enables connection between people but also challenges them to explore the stories they tell about themselves at an organisational, team and personal level.
Elinor Rebeiro
FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
As co-founder of Cre8Rel8 I draw upon a successful consulting, academic and creative background. For the last 10 years’ I have been supporting major organisations transform and achieve new levels of resilience through building better relationships with their employees, interrupting patterns of behaviour and uniting employee and employer towards a shared vision. I focus on enabling co-creation with employees and support organisations to become more self-aware, present and curious. Along the way, I have had the pleasure of working with some genuinely exciting organisations such as the MoD, NHS, National Rail and BAE.
Christian Hayes FRSA
FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
As co-founder of Cre8Rel8, I help organisations going through change to clarify strategy, align exec teams & build better relationships amongst their employees. We help you ensure change is achieved with employees on board. We achieve this through creativity and conversation.
With visual dialogues we can explore a strategic vision and what they have to do to achieve it with the whole organisation. A project delivers a co-created tool and a shared strategic narrative that ensures everyone is working towards a common objective. We help to design a roll out that strategically integrates with other transformation agendas and embeds measureable change.
I believe creativity is an undervalued resource in society and has the potential to forge and strengthen relationships in any environment.
“Dialogue is the only important human skill that we don’t train people how to do effectively”
Peter Nixon
“If we trust Creativity and follow its natural movement, it will astound us with its ability to find a way through problems—and even make creative use of our mistakes and failures.”
Shaun McNiff
“Stories are the secret reservoir of values: change the stories individuals or nations live by and tell themselves, and you change the individuals and nations.”
