We are excited to announce that our proposal for the Art of Management and Organisation conference  has been accepted!

We will be presenting in Nancy, France and the conference takes place between 21-24th August 2024. Christian Hayes FRSA

We are exploring different multi sensory ways to make sense of organisational challenges - replacing surveying with something grounded in lived experiences. By finding ways to re-humanise data we hope to find ways to make space for  sensemaking and deepening understanding.  (Connecting different areas of an organisation and ) - do I need this?
