UCL Police Seminar 2024 - Leading Change Differently

We had an amazing time running a seminar at UCL for a Police Leadership cohort this April. The focus was Leading Change Differently and what we noticed most was just how connected and curious for different ways to lead through high levels of change they were.

There was a felt need to look outside of their own areas for different leadership experiences to learn from. At the same time there was a pull for them to be able to connect to and make sense of what works most naturally and authentically for both themselves and their teams.

I hope we also added in some challenges and uncovered some myths that often get in the way of a more #relational_leadership.
